Pros

Salary is good. Of course look at the major stake holders and you will understand how come they are able to pay salaries.

Cons

Leadership has no big risk appetite despite going into loss. Leadership team blames when they cannot give reason of any deliverable delay.

Pros

The only thing it was good, was design team.

Cons

This company is clearly extremely poorly managed—they make one bad decision after another. I spent two years there and nothing ever moved forward. Everything is chaotic, disorganized, and dysfunctional. They’re rapidly losing ground to competitors and have no clue how to react, stuck in their own ego, believing their brand name still holds weight. They spend way more money monitoring employees and trying to control what we do than actually investing in what matters: the technology and the development team.
