Pros

No pros at all nothing to experience good

Cons

One of the worst company to work with if you see any positive reviews then they are just made up. Lots of internal politics and favouritism in the company. Work is never rewarded even if you are working 18 to 19 hours a day only favourites are promoted. There are bunch of people working onsite in US and they work fully remote and they have their own rules ,once you enter the process you can only see their terms and condition to stay in the company other wise they will make sure you get kick out for the work which was not even assigned to you they says clearly in the open form they want boot lickers and company have no control over these people on the contrary they control the company . One thing for sure you will be in shock to see the level of dirty politics the length to which people can go to do politics and cover up for that. The upper level management does not bother about anything what these guys are doing in the company, shouting in the calls is very normal and if anyone want to listen what trash talking is they can see it on daily basis even the entire HR system is a failure. Please do not join this company as it is going to ruin your career.

Toxic Culture, Unstable Leadership, and Zero Work-Life Balance

Pros

None worth mentioning. Any recent positive reviews here appear to be forced or influenced — likely to counterbalance the genuine negative feedback.

Cons

Toxic senior-level politics: Leadership prioritizes personal job security over organizational stability. Sudden terminations are common — not due to performance, but to protect senior positions. Favoritism over merit: Actual performers are overlooked while favorites of management are rewarded and retained, creating a highly demotivating environment. Lack of leadership vision: Strategic direction changes every quarter — one month it's about hiring full-time employees and reducing vendor dependency, and the next it's mass layoffs of FTEs in favor of vendor partnerships. No job security: Employees are laid off without any performance-related justification. Even those contributing 16–20 hours a day with zero escalations are not safe. No work-life balance: Expect to be on call and working round the clock. Despite consistent deliveries, appreciation is rare, and job loss is a constant fear. Advice to Job Seekers: Avoid this organization at all costs — even if you are currently unemployed. Joining here could derail your career and mental peace.
