Thanks for your feedback. You’re right about the work-life balance that we have tried to encourage among our employees. Additionally, our flexible benefits program in Canada was also built on the foundation that we are all different and have unique benefit needs. It provides WU employees with a certain amount of flexibility to choose the coverage that best meets the needs of employees and their families. We’d also like to address the “cons” you stated. WUBS has been going through a new journey for the past 1.5 years, developing a new leadership structure, establishing daily huddles on the Toronto floor and bringing in and hiring many highly-trained and professional talent. We realize the Toronto team culture has changed dramatically over the last six months, but many employees have recently expressed positive sentiment toward their future at WU. We believe the culture has improved, and we’re confident our annual employee survey will share these results. We care about our employees and we’re sorry that you left WU. Thanks for being a part of WU for some time. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
