      Employer's retirement contributions are good and vested.

      Cons

      Not a coherent company culture and reporting structure due to mergers and acquisitions as a result of that teams do not like to collaborate with each other. Too much internal politics and plotting. Also yelling and screaming by upper management is a theme there.
