      Good work life balance, opportunity to work remotely from time to time, on site cafeteria at headquarters

      Cons

      Senior management incredibly unimpressive. Completely out of touch with employee base, current business trends, horrible communication within the company, no sense of community.

      Sometimes the collaborative environment (a true strength) elongates the decision-making process It is important to be in the corporate headquarters to advance your career to the fullest (not atypical of other big companies though)
