Pros

Good work life balance, opportunity to work remotely from time to time, on site cafeteria at headquarters

Cons

Senior management incredibly unimpressive. Completely out of touch with employee base, current business trends, horrible communication within the company, no sense of community.

Pros

Smart, friendly people passionate about the company's purpose Career growth opportunities The industry is challenging and is continuing to evolve Very collaborative environment

Cons

Sometimes the collaborative environment (a true strength) elongates the decision-making process It is important to be in the corporate headquarters to advance your career to the fullest (not atypical of other big companies though)
