Pros

Working at Western Union was one of the best experiences I ever had. The corporate culture is very tight and supportive.

Cons

Management in Sunrise office is top notch. Denver management is very territorial and not to par with their Latin American division counterparts.

Pros

Western Union provides a much needed service to their customers. The company does assist others that are in need through out the world.

Cons

Western Union looks at saving numbers over the talent of their employees. They are currently reducing staff and the associates knowledge does not take presidence over their salary. Higher salary and long term assocaites are being let go to save company costs.

Politic work culture between corridors. If you want to stay, build relationship with your boss.
