Loads of cons really. Internal promotions tailored to suit certain individuals. Too much company politics. Reluctant to listen. Not confidential with people personal information or situations. Constantly wondering where the next knife in the back is going to come from.

Good (rather over avg) salaries in admin and management.

Cons

Poor management, unethical management. Manager is always right. Complaint on a manager about bullying is given to the same magaer to be resolved. Result - court trial. That says it all.
