      Where you are a number on the Balance sheet

      Pros

      You get paid on time, you are allowed to be in control of your own day providing you meet your targets.

      Cons

      You are just a number the company only view you as a Salary not a person The Senior Management are too distant from the sharp end they do not have any idea who anyone is, which is the same in reverse. If the Board sent out a picture of the members and asked staff to put names to faces it would be the hardest quiz the company has set! Everybody is aware that you are only a number on the payroll and if the company sees that you are no longer required you will be duly despatched, loyalty counts for nothing!

      Very poor company on people management and motivation

      Pros

      Being for a long time in the company, had the opportunity to grow with the company.

      Cons

      No people management with no interest of motivating people at all. Completely no support from the local management. HR department almost inexistent. Very low salaries with low yearly raising percent. Very high rate of people turnover, especially in the HQ.
