There are good technical people.Good Banking Projects the work might be a bit hectic .but your reachable to CEO at least who so ever you are in the company.the company is having a REVOLUTION with in itself cause of new CEO.

Cons

There are senior people who don't like to work .and there are mostly those people who wear those GREEN TAG id cards and it doesn't mean that everybody is like that but most of them. NO GOOD SALARIES PAID TO DEVELOPERS COMPARED TO OTHER IT MNC
