      Pros

      A good place that you can call your second home. Unlimited opportunities to learn and grow and reinvent every time. Great leaders have been groomed over the years Multitude of domains that I can switch instead of looking external. A big world by itself.

      Cons

      Too many processes and checkpoints that are often becoming obstacles of growth. Need to simplify and cut layers of management that are not adding any value Need to get back to the old days of being truly agile that is completely lacking today.

      Wipro is a company with lot of great theories but not everything is practiced per se

      Pros

      Huge organization with multiple opportunities to work with. Freshers can learn a lot through a big set of academics and learning & development. Experienced can work well with cutting and new technologies if opportunity provided by the management.

      Cons

      Theory Vs. Practice is a big conflict, even though the mid/somewhat senior mgmt is aware of the same, but nobody bothers for justice but benefit of their own. Survival is heavily focused rather than good or justice, both management and HR together make the bottom Tactical and operational people suffer by wrong enforcement. There are many scams and scandals within the organization, but senior management doesn't bother even though lot of trends and records can prove the same.
