Good basic salary on joining & bonuses usually paid. There are a wide variety of potential engagements. Don’t have any more positive things to give.
Cons
Although there are tens of thousands of ‘Managers ‘, only a tiny number have actual decision making authority. The company presents a convincing veneer of perceived western/developed economy values, but this is not maintained once you get under the skin and gain a more detailed knowledge of the culture. Management and staff will swiftly throw you under the bus at the first hint of difficulty. You will quickly find yourself in an echo chamber when things go wrong. HR and Compensation & Benefits organisations treat employees shockingly.
