Excellent commitment to induction, I was given a week in Bangalore with meetings and interviews with lots of management and technical lead stakeholders. They are genuinely keen to help and the whole ethos is collaborative and energetic.

Cons

Indian culture is hard to get past as a Brit. It is hard to get opinions or even input from staff if their manager is around - or if you are at a perceived higher level. Too many attendees on conference calls is hard to manage at times
