      Pros

      Provides many opportunities to learn. Good company to start a career with until its worth your while. Values workers until the B3 grade.

      Cons

      Company too big to value individuals especially old timers. Progressions, hikes and appraisals are rigged to meet company parameters. Doesn't value workers beyond C1 grade. Middle management is poor - mainly offshore centric. Performers at all levels aren't recognized in time. God like attitude among many general managers and in some cases gender bias exists.

      Diversified portfolio giving u lot of opportunities, OK salaries, job satisfaction

      Cons

      Poor tenure management for the resources. Too much of dependency built on the few resources due to which most of the times people remain confined to same accounts or projects.
