      Not much micro-management, good pay, flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Too much bowing to the customer needs. Very hard to keep talented people on my team as the turnover rate is high. Upper management at Wipro only values technical skills.

      - At junior/mid level (<12 years) there can be multiple opportunities. Can get change if needed from project - Good performance & visibility helps in getting good growth - Policies are fine - Job security if you are willing to relocate (last step).

      Cons

      - Growth for senior may be difficult if you are not in right circle. - Not so good compensation - Career growth for technical career path seems not well defined
