I have been working with Wipro (6+ years) and it's my first company. My best experience is learning opportunities in this company either through internal extensive training programs or project works. Work culture is good and the environment is decent. Good facilities and medical reimbursements up to limit based on the band. Deserving talents are always rewarded. Good on-site opportunities in many projects.

Cons

Salary hike % has been very low since many previous years.
