Wipro is a good company, especially for freshers in non-IT roles. It provides good learning opportunities and job stability. I got exposure to MNC work culture. But,I have learned many important skills from wipro including understanding corporate dynamics and workplace professionalism. I am genuinely grateful to the organization for giving me the opportunity to start my career. I always made sure to complete my responsibilities sincerely, as I respected the fact that the company supported me with stable and timely pay. Wipro has been an important part of my professional journey and taught me valuable lessons about corporate life. Thank you WIPRO 😊

At the same time, salary hikes low and sometimes no salary hikes, financial growth is limited. Career progression can be difficult, and opportunities often depend on the people in leadership positions. Sometimes, people who work hard does not get the recognition as they deserves.
