      Pros

      Wipro allows for fully remote employment and has an excellent benefits package. Full-Time salaries are above average for the industry.

      Cons

      The company culture is just awful. Wipro has no mindfulness of its employees and treats them like billing numbers. There is no sense of engagement with management or a sense of career development. My manager was based in India and rarely if ever reached out to me here in the US. My manager never even appeared for quarterly performance reviews. I do not recommend Wipro to anyone who seeking to be part of a progressive and enlightened organization. Do not even bother to apply.

      Pros

      Well-known company and that's it!! Joined with lots hopes and turned out be an nightmare

      Cons

      1.Bureaucracy among 98% managers and your work doesn't count only it matters how you are able to dance to the tune of manager. 2.Ethics and values are on paper only ..if you keep fighting for that ..you will left alone and others will make sure your career in shambles . 3.Dirty politics beyond your wildest management . Cheapest mindset insecure management on survival mode and can tear your apart your well being. 4.HR doesn't care about employee only for saving managers and their own interest
