More or less the entire experience. Had an offer right when covid hit then they essentially retracted it. I had already relocated to Dallas and they basically just said "tough"

1. Communication is abysmal. I had an issue where a manager was unmapped from me (so I needed a new one to ensure I would actually get paid) and it took a week and a half to fix. 2. I was supposed to start a job (Wipro sends people in my group out on other projects) and because of the war in Russia and Ukraine, mine hadn’t started yet. But I was told that I would get it. I was still threatened with being fired even though it wasn’t on me, according to one of the heads of HR. So don’t expect them to fully care. 3. Good luck trying to find or figure out anything in the first month. They throw you into the deep end with little to no explanations.
