      - Not Applicable as they drain down their own employees, - I was employed in USA, for Salary of 135K - after I got my salary as per 125K I queried my doubt was put down by management to either keep job or go away

      Cons

      - Highly Unprofessional, comparison is based on working with American Company for more than 4 years and then working for Indian IT company - Indian work ethics are Questionable at best, unprofessional practices, extending project timeline with reason to generate more revenue - 12 hour work shifts, management advices to address higher up's as SIR and not open to improvement, meetings are closed ended - no respect of personal time for employees - by the way I am from India and Abhor Indian Work Culture for IT companies

      Decent internal learning opportunities. That is it.

      Constantly broken systems, pay issues, no HR available for any sort of issues, bad communication, systems that look and function like they’re from the 1990’s, months long delay in pay bumps if promoted, no living wage increases
