      Pros

      Building receptionists are friendly, the toilets were clean.

      Cons

      Lack of vision, lack of facilities, lack of hr, lack of IT support, lack of equipment, lack of process, lack of desk space. No internet access in certain rooms. Bad environment, bad management structure, open bulleying & intimidation. Working sitting on the floor.

      I had such high expectations with Wipro. I was with the company for 3 years in their HR department and left because of how disorganized the company constantly is and their questionable ethical standards. This company will run you in to the ground. They do not fill empty roles, they do not drive a good culture, they do not value employees. When higher level roles open, they're often filled with people from India that are unaware of the culture here. The fact that they place people from India in HR Roles and they have no understanding of US laws or culture is hugely concerning. Many whistleblowers have been brought forth that go ignored. I could not recommend this company to anyone.
