You would be expected to answer any question asked from India even if it wasn’t your job immediately. You would ask questions of India and they would not respond. No cost of living raises in 10 years. Constant layoffs. Having a backup for your role was a luxury and they would be eliminated. They did not value their customers in the U.S. they paid bills late constantly until they absolutely had to. They bought the mainframe division which had a solid reputation and destroyed anything good about it. Would not approve repairs until necessary at which point cost double or more

The management was unprofessional. They’re systems and computers were always malfunctioning and employees were always blamed for it. Training team were unresponsive and rude if you did not always understand right away. Managers were rude and unresponsive. Staff never took accountability. Threatened with loss of job instead of warnings Too much work with low compensation
