Pros

No problem with a free day.

Cons

I would not recommend it to anyone. Private wars are waged, absolute lack of professionalism. Mobbing used on a wide scale without any consequences. Exploitation of personnel to the maximum they psychic possibilities, situation up there is dramatic.

Pros

Great culture, great people, great offices

Cons

Highly bureaucratic and process oriented parent company seem to have the final say, buildit's core business model isn't very well defined or consistently executed (to be fair it is a startup, ymmv), but parent company will pay the bills regardless of successful execution, which in my opinion causes dysfunctional behaviours and vague decision making.

Steer clear / Stay away seriously

Business Outlook

Pros

Its size and its current clientele which keeps it going You could get good salary offered in case you have some serious experience but you will not be put into relevant roles for sure and eventually run away damaging your own reputation and CV. Global name but does not mean anything beyond it from individual perspectives.

Cons

Bullying, harassment and favouritism inherent in culture. Use and throw culture. Hire and fire. Huge staff attrition. Lack of real good role for experienced people looking to expand their careers locally here in UK. Lots of promises at time of hiring and then realities are different. So called leadership and management does not interact, guide or handhold at all. a body shopping model with utilisation meaning you can put into any role and blamed for non-performance. No career unless you can continuously butter up superiors. Worst "yes Sir" culture I have come across. Wipro as an employer in UK has a very bad reputation, talk to your recruitment industry colleagues and validate that. Join if you have no other option. Even then I think you would be better waiting for another opportunity.
