Don’t ever make the mistake of joining wipro after doing BCA/B.Sc as WILP/WIMS/WASE candidate. They will tell you the MTech degree will hold value, the truth is it’s a total waste of time and garbage. No companies will consider it as a full-time education and you're forced to work in Wipro at 15k(1st yr), 17k(2nd yr), 19k(3rd yr), 23k(4th yr) after that you'll get max to max 5.35 LPA if you're lucky to secure 5/5 rating.
Project: When you'll join, you'll be tagged to toxic, useless support project which have no future. You'll do same thing daily with no learning scope, yes, they will provide Udemy license which is again based in lottery. The project wipro takes are totally trash, they will make you work in shift and if you're away for 5 mins in teams they will micro manage.
Work-life balance: Forget it, you'll get classes on weekends and week offs on Tuesday, Wednesdays, when you will have your week offs, your friends will be in office and when they will enjoy u will be in office. Poor Shift management.
Benefits: LOL, no internet reimbursement, one sided cab only, must come office 3 days even when there are national holidays, you've to fight for a month to get reimbursement for mouse, keyboard and etc.
Bench Policy: Disgrace, 3 months for name’s sake, you'll go in depression finding projects, project managers will ignore you, PMOs will not take your calls, what not. If you dont get any project you'll be forced to resign. You'll never find any projects even if you've learned new technologies.
Hold on! once you complete the M.tech they will give you 1.5 lakhs of bonus. YES!! Sounds cool right?? XD if you land an offer after getting 1.5 lakhs then you'll have to return the entire hard-earned bonus to wipro to get relieving letter. After you pay the money, they will take ages to release the relieving letter.
My Frank and Honest Opinion: DONT JOIN!!. You'll see your friends getting promoted and earning more and you're getting pennies. Study hard & ditch the offers from Wipro, TCS and all.
