      Pros

      I like working from home. The delivery team is virtual and it makes sense that the delivery manager works wherever they choose.

      Cons

      Too many U.S.-based people are working 70+ hours week after week after week. No one is comparing estimated hours to complete a project to actual hours logged completing the project. No one in leadership seems concerned about burning out valuable resources (skilled people).
