      some projects and clients are very good and allow you to learn

      you get the feeling that you are being ripped-off. no one is really ready to address employee concerns. most of the time is spent trying to remind them about the concerns

      Wipro has very good compensation interms of medical benifits. Trainings are good. It used to have good tax benefits but are removed from 2010 FY

      Cons

      You can get good compensation while coming to organization. Once u r in .. u r in trap. Movements within groups are very difficult.
