Decent pay (will hold you over until you find a second or better job), paid training, good availability on phones, easy work, over time available sometimes.

Cons

Micromanagement, treat employees like children, low pay, doesn’t pay employees if they miss work for the bed bug issue they have, a lot of favoritism goes on, no growth opportunities w/ company, only offer 45 minutes for lunch, only allowed a certain time to use the bathroom, HR department is rude and unhelpful.

WIPRO takes care of employees aspirations and if you have established as a good performer, sky is the limit for you to grow within and it provides Various training to employees for skill level enhancement or cross-skilling. I truly appreciate as being part of this great company.
