      The larger organisation stinks to high heaven. It is the most cynical organisation I've ever worked for.

      Pros

      None that would be significant other than being a large company.

      Cons

      The mangers are remote from India. They can easily lie to the employee. They don't keep their promises at all. If you want to reach them by phone or email they easy would ignore you. The company's culture is not up to North America's standards at all.

      Some clever people who really understand how to make great software and a nice work/life balance.

      Cons

      No direction or vision which results in everything else feeling fundamentally broken. Long on-boarding meant a long time on the bench.
