      Benefits start day one (Take Advantage), Work Schedule, friends you acquire through training. Paid 3 month training.

      Cons

      Management, No payroll stateside (Everything is based in India), Your livelyhood depends on If your Team Lead likes you, Payroll issues, No transparency with upper management, Bedbugs, Hostile environment, No professionalism whatsoever.

      Green campus, good food, inclusive environment and necessary accommodations for inclusion

      To meet your 'time on floor', you need to go hungry, hold your natural needs and absolutely go cut off from communication to outside world and your family as the water, the cafeteria, the phones, the washrooms everything is outside the production floor and there is no way you can meet your time on floor by staying in office for 9.5 hours as per the service agreement you sign. HR never tells you about this 'factory- labor- like' policy while hiring.- BEWARE!
