This is the best place to start one's career, as they give tremendous importance to training and continued learning. The organization is one of the greenest in the world, which, if you're like me, is a very important thing.

Cons

Being a very large company, it is easy to get lost in the crowd. To be recognised, you literally have to move mountains, and even then, the monetary compensation isn't satisfactory.
