Transparent policies; defined roles and responsibilities; open culture; quarterly interactions with practice heads & others from leadership teams; Wipro benefit program; online portal for issue resolutions - responses are lightning fast

Cons

determining who does what on joining is quite arbitrary... not according to the skill set with which a recruit comes with. But this exists largely in all the big IT companies; Basic salary is low (though the CTC is on lines with the industry average)
