Pros

Some of the client accounts have stability. Management is approachable.

Cons

Wipro has many long term contracts where you get stability on your job but salary is super less compare to its peers. Work culture sucks. Project managers here does not understand the technologies and set unrealistic expectations.

Pros

For reference this is my first office job after graduating in October 2018. -Relaxed culture -Work from home -Good pay. Maybe a little below avg but still very livable in Seattle. -Flexible hours. If you finish your work no one really cares if you leave before 5. -People started listening to my input very quickly (on my team)

Cons

-Very slow to get anything done. My first month there I basically sat on udemy and self taught myself. Honestly probably could have just not shown up at all and no one would have noticed. -Not necessarily a con for some, but you have to be proactive when assigned to a team - can't expect people to give you work, you have to ask. -Very dependent on the team you get on. The pros I listed may not be the case for other teams (besides the pay). You don't really get a say in it. -Work can be kind of monotonous/slow at times, especially at the "fresher" level.
