Pros

Don't think any Pros since I joined Wipro, they didn't have the projects also. They'll hire and gave you an endless bench period.

Cons

Don't join Wipro as a Scholar trainee. You'll stuck here with such a less salary, on the other hand your batchmates is doing great in their life and you're still not an employee for Wipro till this Mtech program complete. And with such a low salary in WILP they'll ask you to come to locations like Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Gurugram etc. And they don't have any good projects, very old projects are there where you'll ruin your career.

If you are getting a job in different company, please go for it. If not, you can join this company. Lack of appreciation, lack of payment, job environment also not up to the mark
