I have been working in Wipro for more than 15 years primarily because I never felt a need to make a change. I got different opportunities to learn new things and found all project teams of great work ethics, subject knowledge and commitment.

Cons

Front end sales team needs to do a better job to position the company where it should be. The backend management team should provide customer needs as their top priority.

Large company with great resources at it's disposal that can help the company to regain it's market leader position that we have ceded to newer entrants in last few years. Focus on Digital & Innovation, renewed investment in building skilled resource pool and high integrity are some of the core strengths

Cons

Very Bangalore driven mindset, even though Customer centricity is one of core values for ages, the real focus of senior and middle management is on internal data mining and relying on metrics to optimize instead of reaching out for Growth
