- Good learning experience. - Lot of development projects. - Lots of trainings on new technologies. - Good for starting your career as they have higher tolerance for skill development of fresh engineering grads - If you you boss's favourite (for which the work done by you is not a criteria) , you will get to grow a lot :)

Cons

- Industry minimum compensation among the TIER-1 service companies. - Lot of politics at workplace . - Lot of incompetent people along with smart people but the incompetent group outnumbers the competent group hands down.This is hampering career growth of smarter people. - Rapport comes into play during appraisals , rather than the quality of the work you have delivered. - Minimum daily office presence period - 9.5 hours (which is ridiculous), though it is not a problem for people in projects , I myself hardly spend 8 hours on a day I have less work to do , but the catch is they use it as a justification to degrade your appraisals. - Reorganization going on in company for 3 years. No stable policies , they just bend them as and when they need it. - Least concerned about employee welfare. - Middle managment layer is the crappiest , as they dont have even a wee bit idea of the technology , they are only into people managment .I believe being in technology sector you ought to have a fair idea on software development. otherwise you don't belong here.
