-Good Work Culture -Good management level interactions -As an engineer, one can get to learn as much as he wants to -Partners with MS makes and added advantage in latest technology trainings -At multiple locations, so easy to find/switch projects if location change is required

Cons

-Lesser salary and benefits as compared to outside market -Experience in crucially required in almost everything. Without it, hard to move up the ladder -Improper budgeting during annual appraisals

The trainings are great but that's it. In other words, the only dept that is good is Talent Transformation. The HRs are useless here. Wait that's supposed to be under Cons!
