- No Job security - As per new policy , people who are in bench for last three months without any project were fired.Even people who were working as PERMANENT EMPLOYEES in that company for the last four to seven years also were fired.They were threatened by the senior managements and HR to resign or they wont get proper relieving letter. -During recession they will fire or cut down your salary to half and the employess will struggle even to paying their house loans. -Threaten the employees by compelling them to write internal exams to score 70% which is the pass mark in wipro...If not no hike, no promotions and will fire them -Cheating employees by means of variable component n salary. -POOR Senior management -No respect to employees, they wil use and throw out when ever they like.
