Good infrastructure... Lush green campus.. Sufficient technically challenging opportunities. Sufficient Onshore opportunities... comared to other services companies (infosys, TCS...). Training are conducted on regular basis.. Plus other benifits like claims for certifications...

Cons

Salary is not competitive.. also the salary structure is not good.... Salary structure is not good ..You can easily find people who are earning much more having same or less experience than yourself.. Middle Management needs improvement..
