Relaxed work culture some very good projects ..based on your luck Rating system is not at all satisfactory good balance between life and work

Cons

over crowded ,mostly support projects .Got to put in minimum working hours poor middle management , managers are not upto the mark

- easy going job but not that technically sound. - great campus - food variety and stores around - culture varies from project to project

Cons

- growth is still not at that higher rate. - get bored with mundane work - stock options are not that attractive.
