Wipro infotech is full of cons. There is no proper work culture. except for the HR department and the admin department, no one is placed in the main Wipro office. People are placed at the client's location. Most of the projects are domestic and govt. There is no salary increment, no proper infrastructure, no acs, Too much salary deduction.
