If people who are in the same project for more than 2 years are reshuffled then every thing would be great.

Cons

Too much of politics. Manager expects you to be their puppet and you also need to ask for each and every thing even if you have sent emails. They are rude and they think that they are cool. People are in the project from more than 9 years and now they have started to believe that they are the one who are running the show, like a dictator does.
