Wipro is trying to transition from a service provider company to product based company. Employees are being nominated for digital skills which helps in Ability to learn new technology.

Cons

No work life balance in support projects. Not much to motivate employees to do better.

Newcomers can easily get a job through campus recruitment & nurture their career in IT industries. Well maintained Employee Policies

Cons

There is need for management to look into to market and decide the pay scale. Senior management people are good for nothing. HR People never care about employee benefits. Policies are there but not strictly maintained :-)

An individuals experience depends on the ki d of project they work on and on that perspective I can say I am happy . The account into which I am into is a great place to work on .The management and team is super supportive and helps you grow in every way possible. I am having a very happy time working.

Cons

Some time we may come across people who spoil the atmosphere but that won't last long .
