Pros
Wolt used to be a wonderful company that cared about its employees, its values and its internal culture. Despite not being the highest paying, it offered a great professional environment and many opportunities for development.
Cons
Main downsides came with the change of local management - the structure fell apart completely, employees had no idea what was going on, KPIs and communication between teams became increasingly unclear. People became increasingly more stressed and unsatisfied, leaving the company every other day despite being loyal for many years.
