Pros
Mostly online support and a few roles of phone & online support. It’s an okay job if you looking to find your path, if you are in between degrees or just want to work remote for a few months. There are offices in Athens & Thessaloniki though. I work with some of the best people and enjoyment the company of my colleagues as we were almost all with bachelor or master degrees trying to navigate through life.
Cons
Micromanaging, no real benefits, shifts tend to get very busy and overwhelming. The goals are sometimes difficult to achieve and in order to have perfect or good KPI’s you have to be quick, efficient and excellent is multitasking. It can be a very pressuring environment with very little room to breathe at times.
