      Pros

      The management is very nice and accomodating. There’s an inclusive work culture and flexibility in work shedule.

      Cons

      The pay is ridiculously low (well below minimum wage) in regular workhours. You have to work sundays or even nights times to get «normal» still low income norwegian pay. If the management wasnt nice you’d feel constantly underappreciated for the physically exhausting work you do. Its not worth it at all and not a long term place to work.
