Pros

- The company culture is very youthful and fun. You can come as you are and people inside Support are great. The supervisors are chill, always friendly and ready to help. Best part about this job is the community. - Great as a first ever office job. - Possibility to move inside the company. Since the company is still quite young it’s possible to move into new roles quite fast, at least when you’re ready to work full-time. - Support Coach is a low stress and a likeable job. However in order to become a Coach you need to first work as a Support Associate for atleast one year or preferably more, and the Support Associate job can be hectic and stressful at times. The best part is still that you don’t ever meet any customers face to face, it is all online. - Although the benefits are otherwise non-existent, each team has several team events per year and Wolt throws a huge summer and winter party every year. These are seriously fun! And Wolt spends quite a lot of money on them. - Overall I feel like my wellbeing is cared about in this current job. - International company, diverse people from many backgrounds. - I would warmly recommend this job to students and young people.

Cons

- Low salary, in every department the pay is lower than industry standard. Working in Support offers students and young people a pretty good income as it’s hourly paid, but I wouldn’t think of staying here after graduation and getting a degree. A full-time Support Associate makes more money than specialist associates like marketing, content, quality, operations or retail associates, and a finance trainee, etc. The pay for ALL above mentioned specialist associates is 2400€ before tax, so in those roles you won’t be left with much. Some people want to get promoted and then get disappointed that they end up making less money with a montly fixed salary. In support the coaches make +1€ on top of base salary and shift leads +2€. Additionally if you have proven to be a trusty worker, have met certain KPIs and have been in the company over a year you get +0,50€ increase. - No benefits. The only thing you get is 10% credits back from each Wolt order. - The company and your job role is everchanging. Often you end up getting more and different responsibilities without the pay changing. Especially in Support things move very fast, but overall this goes for very department. - The customers and partners (both venue and courier) can many times be next level rude, inappropriate, demanding and unreasonable. At first you don’t care but in the long run this can start to drain you, especially as a Support Associate who actively has to communicate with these people. You will regularly be dealing with people who throw tantrums and demand a full order refund over one missing dip.

Pros

- Competitive compensation, slightly above market average. - Flexible work options, including remote work. - Good relocation package and home office budget.

Cons

- Unclear career path: promotions are a mystery, making it hard to know how to advance. It often depends on whether you happen to work on a project that gets noticed, which isn't within your control. Without that, you might find yourself in the same position for years. Sadly, office politics play a part as well, as you need to actively promote your achievements and gain visibility with those who will make the promotion decision. - Too much bureaucracy: such as the restrictive "work from anywhere" policy, which they sell as a perk but is far more limiting than the industry standard. - Weak leadership: some team leads are very incompetent and disengaged, yet their managers seem too comfortable to address these issues. - Slow work pace: the pace of work can be very slow, leading to frustration, especially if you're eager to contribute and move things forward. - Resistance to new ideas: fresh ideas and constructive feedback are often met with defensiveness, which stifles creativity and progress. Everyone seems locked into their own box. - Understaffed teams: even when it's clear that some teams are overburdened, management doesn't address the issue by bringing in more help. This leaves everyone stuck, slowing down progress.
