      I really loved people working at Wolt, all very friendly and nice young team with lovely people, another good thing was a flexibility to choose working from home or at the office, office kitchen with snacks, pet friendly office and benefits we were provided

      Very performance oriented, you had to meet certain metrics to be able to be promoted or to be at least alright, if you would slip off a bit, they would cancel some benefits like home office, also our department was quite understaffed, so often there was much more workload than we could handle and despite them promoting healthy life/work balance, it was often very not healthy and we would end up tired, overworked and for me it developed in depression and anxiety
