Business Outlook
Pros
Really flat hierarchy and everyone is really friendly, humble, collaborative unlike in other big tech giants. Everyone is given full trust and ownership to drive their work with is great. It's so busy that there's no room for micro-management here. Also lots of room for self growth, and learning by doing pretty much!
Cons
After Doordash acquisition, the company is now huge...yet processes are still not super clear (i guess struggling moving from still operating in startup/scale-up mode to fully corporate) and it can feel very chaotic and bureaucratic. Internal communication is sometimes not done as well as one would expect.
