      Pros

      Wolt became a place where I can finally grow professionally within the company rather than looking for that growth in new companies. During first year of being here, I've already been working with 2 big side projects besides my main responsibilities (performance marketing). And I'm quite sure this is only the beginning of even faster development. The team is just perfect! Always helpful and supportive.

      There is nothing I would recommend to change immediately.
