      Pros

      Wolt is a youthful and passionate group of people not stuck in hierarchies and labels. The business is scaling like wildfire and there are lots of meaningful technical challenges in various domains where we operate. Teams have a lots of agency and leadership from the CEO onwards is very visible and concrete.

      Cons

      It can get quite hectic, and despite the size of the company, things are very start-up like (by design). Lots of new people can mean a lot of friction when it comes to fitting together the ways of working between new stakeholders.

      Energy and enthusiasm is something we cant get enough of. The atmosphere is very open and focuses on the well being of everyone

      Cons

      The compensation is on the lower side, but it is a start up and has huge potential to grow.
