      Pros

      A dynamic atmosphere, a lot of freedom which comes with responsibility, young co-workers, a lot of parties and team activities, almost a family-like team spirit and a possibility to learn and climb up from the entry-level to higher positions.

      Cons

      Severe growing pains (typical for startups), inexperienced company management and a lot of turbulence. Not a place for employees who value a steady working environment and predictability.
